The contributions of Discourse Analysis towards the methodological challenges for reading practices within a historical and social dimension are investigated.In fact, social practices are also a result of imaginary constructions.The relationship between history and language should be taken into account so that the place of practices could be considered in a discursive dimension.In other words, language and its permanent functioning Benchtop Ovens should be expressed by opacity and by the political stance within the incompleteness and evasive character of language.
